Welcome to Corporate Worldwide Stay (CWS).

1. Scope of Service

CWS provides an online platform that enables temporary accommodation providers (“Service Providers”) to list and display their inventory. Through the CWS platform, customers (“Customer/You”) may browse, select, and reserve accommodation based on their personal preferences (“Service”).

The term “Temporary Accommodation” includes, but is not limited to, hotels, motels, homestays, hostels, and bed & breakfast establishments (collectively referred to as “Accommodation(s)”).

CWS acts solely as an intermediary between the Customer and the respective Service Provider for the purpose of facilitating reservations. Upon successful booking through CWS, a direct contractual relationship is established between the Customer and the Service Provider. The terms and conditions of the respective Service Provider shall apply to such reservation.

CWS’s responsibility is limited to:

  • Transmitting booking details to the relevant Service Provider; and

  • Sending confirmation communication on behalf of the Service Provider.

All information relating to an Accommodation — including but not limited to tariff, availability, amenities, facilities, policies, and images — is provided by the respective Service Provider. Service Providers are solely responsible for ensuring that such information is accurate and updated.

CWS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, correctness, or reliability of such information and shall not be held liable for any discrepancy, inaccuracy, misleading representation, or omission. The listing of an Accommodation on the website shall not be construed as a recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee of quality, service standards, ratings, or suitability.


2. Pricing and Tariff

Accommodation(s) may be available on other platforms at rates lower than those offered through CWS for specific dates or periods. Such lower rates may be subject to different terms and conditions relating to cancellation, refund, or other restrictions.

Customers are strongly advised to carefully review:

  • Tariff details

  • Accommodation policies

  • Booking and cancellation policies

before confirming any reservation.

Obvious errors, including typographical or pricing errors, shall not be binding.

All special offers and promotional rates shall be clearly identified as such.


3. General Terms of Use

Age Requirement

The primary guest checking into the Accommodation must be at least 18 years of age.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out timings are subject to the policies of the respective Service Provider. CWS shall not be liable if a customer is denied check-in due to non-compliance with such policies.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges at the sole discretion of the Service Provider. Timings may vary depending on seasonality and provider policies.

Identification Requirements

All guests above 18 years of age must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in. Acceptable identification documents include:

  • Driving License

  • Voter Identification Card

  • Passport

  • Any other government-approved identification deemed acceptable by the Service Provider

PAN Card shall not be accepted as valid identification proof.

Failure to provide valid identification may result in denial of check-in.

Right of Admission

Service Providers reserve the right of admission. Certain properties may deny check-in to unmarried or unrelated couples in accordance with their internal policies. In such cases, CWS shall not be held responsible, and no refund shall be claimed from CWS.

Additional Services

Unless expressly stated, reservations may not include additional services such as:

  • Laundry

  • Telephone facilities

  • Meals

  • Room service

Charges for additional services must be settled directly with the Service Provider at the time of check-out.

During festive seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s Eve), mandatory meal surcharges may apply as per the Service Provider’s policy.

Applicable taxes on temporary accommodation may be charged in addition to the displayed tariff.

All timings displayed on the website are in Indian Standard Time (IST), unless stated otherwise.


4. Special Offers and Discounts

CWS may, at its sole discretion, provide promotional offers (“Offers”) for a limited duration.

CWS reserves the right to:

  • Modify, extend, discontinue, or withdraw any Offer without prior notice.

  • Amend the terms and conditions of any Offer at any time.

Customers shall not be individually notified of such changes and are advised to review Offer terms regularly. Continued use of an Offer constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Additional conditions:

  • Offers apply only to bookings made through the official CWS platform.

  • Discounts may vary across Accommodations.

  • Offers apply only on base fare unless stated otherwise.

  • Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.

  • Offers are valid only for personal or family bookings, and not for travel agents.

CWS reserves the right to cancel bookings made in violation of Offer conditions.

All taxes, levies, or duties associated with Offers shall be borne by the Customer.


5. Cancellation Policy

The applicable cancellation policy shall be the one prevailing at the time of cancellation or check-in.

Upon booking confirmation, the Customer agrees to abide by the cancellation and refund policy of the respective Service Provider.

For bookings made using promotional Offers:

  • Cancellation charges shall be calculated on the total price before application of the Offer.

  • Additional cancellation charges may apply.

Cancellation requests must be made through:

  • Official website

  • Mobile application

  • Customer support email or phone

CWS shall not be responsible for cancellation requests made directly to the Service Provider without notifying CWS.

No-Show

If the Customer fails to check in (“No-Show”), the full booking amount may be charged, and the Service Provider may debit the Customer’s payment method accordingly.


6. Refunds and Modifications

CWS does not facilitate modifications to confirmed reservations.

Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed directly by the Service Provider. CWS shall not be responsible for facilitating or guaranteeing refunds.

Banks may deduct convenience or processing charges from refunded amounts.


7. Content Provided by Service Providers

Service Providers may upload descriptions, images, videos, and related content (“Content”) regarding their Accommodation.

Such Content:

  • Is provided by third parties.

  • Represents the opinion or representation of the respective Service Provider.

  • May not be independently verified by CWS.

CWS does not endorse or guarantee the authenticity of such Content. Customers rely on such information at their own discretion and risk.


8. Customer Reviews and Ratings

Users may post reviews and comments, provided the content is lawful and not abusive, defamatory, misleading, or infringing upon intellectual property rights.

CWS reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and may terminate access where necessary.

By posting content, users grant CWS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, modify, publish, and distribute such content globally.

Users represent that:

  • They own the rights to the content submitted.

  • The content is accurate and lawful.

  • The content does not violate third-party rights.

Users agree to indemnify CWS against any third-party claims arising from their submitted content.


9. Star Ratings Disclaimer

Star ratings displayed on the platform are based on information received from Service Providers. CWS does not independently verify such ratings.

Star ratings are indicative only and may vary by location and local market standards. They do not guarantee specific amenities or service levels.

Customers are advised to directly confirm availability of specific amenities if required.


10. Limitation of Liability

By displaying information about a Service Provider, CWS does not guarantee that availing such services is risk-free or advisable.

CWS shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss or damage

  • Any injury

  • Any service deficiency

  • Any dispute between Customer and Service Provider

All reservations are made at the Customer’s sole discretion and risk, based on independent judgment.
